Hi, I'm Emma!

I’m a Pilates instructor, personal trainer, nurse, and mom of two.  I focus on empowering women, especially those navigating life after 30, to feel strong, confident, and healthy. My approach combines Pilates, strength training, low-impact cardio, and simple, sustainable healthy habits to help you achieve your goals.
